We are looking for a highly motivated lash extension stylists to join our Yale Marketplace salon. Your focus will be on providing excellent lash and brow and creating a 5-star customer experience that will keep our guests coming back!

• Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products
• Understand and promote products and memberships
• Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
• Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
• Maintain clean and sterile work environment

• Active Texas Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• 6 months to 1 year experience lashing
• Reliable transportation
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Must be available to work at least one weekend day

• Continued education on Classic, Hybrid, Volume, Mega Volume, spiky and wet lashes, Lash lifts, Brow lamination, Threading and Tinting
• Training on how to maintain the health and integrity of client lashes and how to provide ethical services
• Sales training to upgrade and add on to services
• Commissions on product sales
