• Performing a variety of natural hair services such as wash‑and‑gos, twists, braids, loc maintenance, and more
• Consulting with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Providing personalized recommendations for hair care and styling techniques
• Educating clients on proper at‑home maintenance routines
• Upholding high standards of professionalism and customer service

• Demonstrated proficiency in natural hair styling techniques
• Strong understanding of different hair textures and how to work with them
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced salon environment
• A valid cosmetology license is a plus
