The Lash Extension Stylist is a full-time, on-site position located in Kingwood, Texas. In this role, the stylist performs custom lash extension applications, lash lifts, brow laminations, tints, and related services in accordance with The Lash Lounge's design techniques and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with guests to understand their preferences, designing individualized lash looks, and maintaining precise, hygienic application practices.

The stylist also educates guests on aftercare, recommends appropriate products, and contributes to a welcoming, professional salon atmosphere. Additional duties may include maintaining a clean workstation, supporting front-desk operations as needed, and fostering positive guest relationships to encourage repeat visits.

• State Cosmetology or Ethician License
• Attention to detail and manual dexterity, ensuring precise application, adherence to safety and sanitation standards, and consistent, high-quality results.
• Time management and organizational skills to manage appointments, maintain a clean and orderly workspace, and support efficient salon operations.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Kingwood, TX, including evenings and weekends as needed, and to collaborate effectively with a diverse salon team.
• Prior experience in salon, spa, or beauty services is preferred; a genuine interest in beauty, wellness, and helping guests feel confident is highly beneficial.
