As a Salon Assistant at LANHC, you will play a key role in supporting our stylists and ensuring our clients have a positive experience.

• Assisting stylists with preparations and set-up for client appointments.
• Shampooing, conditioning, and detangling clients' hair.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including sanitizing tools and stations.
• Greeting clients and assisting with check-ins and check-outs.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries.
• Supporting stylists during services as required.
• Upholding our salon's standards and values.

• Previous experience in a salon environment is preferred.
• Strong interest in natural hair care and styling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and a team player.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending and lifting.
