We are seeking a talented, guest-focused, and highly skilled Dual Licensed Massage Therapist & Esthetician to join our Spa team. This individual will provide exceptional massage therapy and skincare services while delivering personalized wellness experiences that reflect the luxury standards and unique culture of the Hotel ZaZa brand.

Position Overview The Dual Licensed Massage Therapist & Esthetician is responsible for providing a variety of therapeutic massage treatments, skincare services, and wellness experiences to spa guests. This position plays a vital role in promoting relaxation, wellness, and guest satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, cleanliness, safety, and service excellence.

The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, possesses strong technical skills, demonstrates exceptional guest service abilities, and thrives in a luxury hospitality environment.

Weekend availability is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities Provide professional massage therapy services, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Sports, Hot Stone, and other approved treatments.

Perform customized facial treatments, skincare services, chemical peels, body treatments, and esthetic services in accordance with spa protocols and licensure requirements.

Conduct thorough guest consultations to identify treatment goals, contraindications, and individual wellness needs.

Recommend appropriate spa treatments, home care products, and wellness services to enhance guest results and satisfaction.

Maintain accurate and confidential treatment records and guest information.

Ensure treatment rooms are properly prepared, sanitized, stocked, and presented according to spa standards.

Follow all sanitation, infection control, and safety regulations required by local and state authorities.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of spa services, skincare lines, massage techniques, and wellness offerings.

Promote retail products and support spa revenue goals through professional product recommendations.

Monitor guest comfort and satisfaction throughout treatments and respond appropriately to guest needs.

Assist in maintaining inventory levels for treatment supplies, linens, and retail products.

Support daily spa operations, including opening and closing duties as assigned.

Communicate guest preferences, special requests, and service notes effectively with spa team members.

Participate in continuing education, product training, and departmental meetings.

Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Maintain professional appearance, grooming standards, and conduct consistent with Hotel ZaZa luxury service expectations.

Follow all company policies, spa procedures, and guest service standards.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications Current Texas Massage Therapist License in good standing.

Current Texas Esthetician License in good standing.
