- The Operations Coordinator II (OC II) is responsible for providing administrative support for a department and coordinating projects and programs.
- Support development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of programs.
- Coordinate administrative activities related to assigned projects/programs.
- Assist with event planning and implementation; manage project/program logistics; coordinate meetings, conferences, educational activities, and other related events.
- Develop and disseminate program/project materials; support communication for project/program.
- Assist with data collection, collating, and reporting.
- Assist with coordination of and/or development and maintenance of databases to support program/project activities.
- Work with leadership in developing, justifying, and monitoring department/project budgets.
- Coordinate and monitor proposal processes; conduct literature reviews to support project/program activities.
- Develop and/or maintain websites related to assigned project/program.
- Provide administrative support to the department and actively facilitate departmental operations and goal attainment.
- Education/Degree:
- Bachelors Degree with four (4) years experience advanced secretarial OR
- Associate Degree (And) Six (6) Years Work Experience advanced secretarial OR
- High school/GED and 8 years of experience advanced secretarial

Skills:
Above Average Verbal Communication (Heavy Public Contact), Writing/Correspondence, Writing/Reports - Proficiencies: MS Word, Personal Computer, Typing, 30 WPM
