- Provide support and assistance to older adult clients to ensure their needs are met and they have a positive experience
- Help clients with bathing, dressing, brushing teeth and grooming
- Assist with toileting activities and incontinence care
- Prepare meals and help with grocery shopping
- Help with laundry, light housekeeping and making beds
- Perform transfers and use mechanical devices
- Attend trainings and complete continuing education as required
- Become an integral member of the health‑care community
- Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Over 1 year of caregiving experience or related field
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs
- Commitment to caring with compassion and dedication to the elderly
