Behavioral Health Rep - Gulfton Dashwood Clinic

Provide support to on-site Behavioral Health providers, including all provider types. Duties include but are not limited to schedule management, vitals/rooming patients, managing referrals to providers, screening new and existing patients with risk assessments, and phone communication between providers and patients.

Since then, the agency has expanded to over 50 clinics in Houston, one in Baytown, two in Beaumont, and one in Deer Park with extensive services that include adult primary care, HIV/AIDS care, pediatrics, OB/GYN and maternity, dental, vision, and behavioral health. We also service students within KIPP and YES Prep schools.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One year certificate from college or technical school preferred
• CPR/BLS required
• Three to six months of related experience preferred.
