Prepares and dispenses prescribed medications under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist while ensuring excellence in patient care, patient safety, and patient satisfaction. Adheres to all state, federal, organizational, and departmental regulations and guidelines.
Minimum QualificationsEducation/Specialized Training/Licensure:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Registered by Texas State Board of Pharmacy & in good standing
- IV Certification preferred
- MTM Certification preferred
Work Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Pharmacy Technician; 2 years preferred
