This is a contract, on‑site Behavior Analyst role located in Houston, TX. The Behavior Analyst will assess, design, and implement individualized behavior strategies for clients with cognitive and developmental impairments. Responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, developing therapy plans, monitoring progress, training support staff, and collaborating with caregivers to ensure the strategies’ effectiveness. The professional will also contribute to creating a positive, client‑centered environment that fosters independence and well‑being.

• Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavior intervention, and behavioral therapy techniques
• Experience in conducting behavioral assessments and creating individualized behavior support plans
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills for working with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Organizational and analytical skills to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent qualification
• Familiarity with cognitive and developmental conditions such as autism, Alzheimer's, and dementia is highly desirable
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field is preferred
