We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a growing outpatient clinic team. This is a full-time, on-site role in Stafford, TX, supporting Physical Therapists in delivering effective rehabilitation services and ensuring positive patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping patients improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises and physical therapy modalities
• Monitor, document, and report patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Educate patients on prescribed exercises, safety precautions, and rehabilitation techniques
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain a professional, positive, and patient-centered clinical environment
• Adhere to all state regulations, ethical standards, and clinic policies and procedures

• Active Texas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong understanding of physical therapy and rehabilitation practices
• Experience or knowledge in orthopedic rehabilitation preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient care skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site clinical setting
