Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers Copperfield in Houston, TX, focuses on improving quality of life using a whole-body approach to connect diagnoses with customized care plans. Physical Therapists Assistants are experts in treating the human body for people of all ages with various conditions.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist Assistant at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers Copperfield in Houston, TX. The Physical Therapist Assistant will be responsible for providing patient care, rehabilitation, quality patient care, and orthopedic/neurological treatments on a daily basis.

• Implement treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist, including exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques.
• Assist patients with physical exercises, stretching, and activities to improve strength, coordination, and mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise techniques, injury prevention, and home care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.
• Collaborate with the Physical Therapist and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

• Experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting (not required)
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

• Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistance
• State licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant
