Provide care as directed by a supervisor, including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting, and recording vital signs.;
Assist with mobility needs, such as standing by and transferring from bed to walker and/or wheelchair.;
Follow the clients Care Plan and assist with daily tasks, including feeding, meal preparation, medication reminders, linen changes, and light housekeeping.;
Provide transportation to doctor appointments, social and outdoor activities, and shopping.;
Communicate effectively in English and treat clients, staff, and the public with courtesy and respect.
