Pediatric Occupational Therapist – Flexible Schedule | Clinician-Led Practice
Location:
North Houston Schedule: 4 or 5-Day Workweek Options
A respected,
clinician-owned pediatric practice in Houston is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to high-quality, individualized care.
This established outpatient clinic has been serving families for nearly two decades and offers a supportive environment where therapists are trusted to practice with autonomy while enjoying strong peer collaboration.
Position Overview- Compensation Options:
- Hourly: $51–$60/hour
- Salary: $71,000–$87,000 annually, based on experience and schedule
- Start Date:
Flexible
- Flexible Scheduling
Choice of a four- or five-day workweek to support work-life balance. - Collaborative, Multidisciplinary Team
Daily opportunities to partner with experienced Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, and fellow OTs for holistic care. - Autonomy with Clinical Support
Ability to design and implement treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs, with mentorship and professional development resources available. - Diverse, Pediatric-Focused Caseload
