Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy or Ph.D. Pharm. Degree required
RPH - Pharmacist State of Texas required
2+ years hospital staff pharmacist experience preferred (specifically medication preparation)
20 hours of training in compounding sterile products accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education or the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists preferred.
The pharmacist in this role shall be a licensed practitioner who holds a valid, unrestricted license to conduct clinical activities.
