About the Position
The Patient Assistance Representative at Legacy Community Health provides support to identified clients with programs that offer financial assistance for medication and medical coverage. You will ensure that appropriate documentation is received and utilized to support the use of the funds being administered for each program. In this position, timely communication and follow-ups are vital to minimize the time to medication and medical coverage.

Requirements- High School Diploma
- 1 year of healthcare experience or 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
- Knowledge of healthcare terms, HIV disease, and medications to treat HIV and associated illnesses preferred

- Spanish-speaking Required
