• High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on progressive education in healthcare
• Registered or Certified Medical Assistant with a passion for innovation
• BLS/CPR Certification to ensure the highest standards of care
• Up to one year of experience in a medical assistant role, with a preference for those demonstrating forward‑thinking capabilities
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills, leveraging digital tools to enhance patient interactions
• Proficiency in modern front desk, clerical, or healthcare support technologies
• Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask in a multidisciplinary, tech‑savvy team
• Commitment to preventive healthcare and a team‑based approach to delivery
• Experience with computers, Microsoft Office, and electronic medical records, with a preference for bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities
• Phlebotomy skills and a drive for continuous learning and improvement
