Job Description

One of Houston’s leading pediatric outpatient rehabilitation facilities is hiring! Winter Pediatric Therapy Centers has been serving children of the greater Houston and surrounding areas for over 23 years! We are now hiring occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists and speech-language pathology assistants to join our growing team of 100+ therapists.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Including but not limited to;

  • Diagnose (if applicable) and treat pediatric patients using therapeutic activities designed to improve function
  • Monitor and document patient progress
  • Participate in meetings and case conferences to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care plans for patients
  • Instruct patients, their families and/or caregivers in skills and techniques through HEPs

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • License and/or certification in respective field
  • Bilingual-Spanish Speaking is a plus!
  • A strong candidate will possess skills such as compassion, patience, listening, critical thinking, and effective interpersonal communication
