Now Hiring:
Bilingual Registered Dietitian (Spanish-Speaking) | Houston, TX
We are seeking a Licensed or Certified Dietitian to join a growing clinical research team in Houston. This is an excellent opportunity for a dietitian who is passionate about patient care, nutrition counseling, and contributing to innovative research that improves health outcomes.
This role will flex between two Houston locations (Rothway – Northwest Houston and Bellaire) and offers a consistent weekday schedule.
ScheduleMonday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (based on patient schedule)
Salary$60,000–$70,000 annually
Language RequirementSpanish and English (required)
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and evaluate participant eligibility based on protocol requirements
- Provide nutrition counseling and health coaching, including weight management and healthy lifestyle guidance
- Complete source documentation and enter accurate data into Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems such as Medidata Rave or Trial Kit
- Ensure compliance with study protocols, sponsor requirements, and regulatory standards
- Record adverse events and maintain communication with sponsors and contract research organizations (CROs)
- Educate participants on study requirements and support adherence throughout the clinical trial process
- Assist with audit preparation and ongoing quality assurance activities
- Degree in Nutrition from an accredited institution
- Licensed or Certified Dietitian eligible to be listed on the FDA 1572 regulatory form
- Fluency in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Strong documentation, communication, and patient education skills
- Experience in a clinical or hospital setting, especially working with chronic conditions
- Interest in or exposure to clinical research (training provided for candidates new to research)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic documentation systems
