Therapist (School Based) - Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver cutting-edge, high-quality psychotherapy tailored to the diverse needs of students
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify individual challenges and strengths
  • Design and implement individualized therapy plans, including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, integrating non-physician providers for comprehensive psychiatric care
  • Document patient encounters accurately and promptly to maintain continuity and quality of care
  • Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans, practicing advanced psychotherapeutic modalities with a focus on childhood disorders
Minimum Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences from an accredited institution
  • Current Texas License as LCSW, LPC, and/or LMFT
  • Bilingual or Spanish-speaking candidates are highly preferred to enhance accessibility and service quality
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in psychotherapy, demonstrating innovation and empathy in therapeutic practice
