Description
This full-time, on-site position offers an incredible opportunity to lead a team in a dynamic environment within the staffing and recruiting industry.
As a Lead Mammo Tech, you will play a critical role in overseeing mammography procedures and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. Your expertise will contribute to the efficient operation of our services, fostering collaboration among staff and improving patient experiences.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage mammography procedures and services
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Supervise and mentor junior technologists
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care
- Maintain and troubleshoot mammography equipment
- Document and report on procedures and outcomes
- Stay updated on best practices and regulatory changes
- Participate in staff training and continuing education programs
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
- Certified in Basic or Advanced Life Support, required
- Current license or temporary license by the Texas Medical Board (MRT), required
- Registered Radiology Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-R), required
- Senior/Leadership Mammo Tech experience required
