- ** Position Overview
** The Director of Rehabilitation oversees all aspects of the rehabilitation department, ensuring high-quality service delivery across therapy disciplines. This role is responsible for clinical oversight, staff leadership, program development, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

- ** Key Responsibilities
*** Lead, mentor, and support physical, occupational, and speech therapy staff
* Ensure accurate, timely documentation; conduct regular audits for compliance
* Manage therapy schedules to meet census and patient care needs
* Recruit, onboard, and develop PRN therapy staff as needed
* Implement clinical programs to drive quality outcomes and performance
* Participate in hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and corrective actions
* Build strong relationships with facility leadership, staff, residents, and families
* Monitor department productivity, budgets, and performance metrics
* Maintain a safe and compliant treatment environment aligned with infection control standards--

** Qualifications
* ** Active
** Texas license
** as a
** PT/PTA/OT/OTA/SLP
*** In good standing with all regulatory and licensing agencies
* Prior leadership or supervisory experience in rehabilitation preferred
* SNF or long-term care experience strongly preferred
* Proficiency with
** Net Health
** documentation system a plus
* Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
