Were seeking a Houston-based Community Outreach Manager to drive local engagement and partnerships. This role is ideal for someone passionate about mental health and community-building, with a strong network and a knack for making meaningful connections.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in outreach, business development, or referral management preferably in the healthcare or behavioral health industry
- Demonstrated success meeting performance targets and managing outreach campaigns
- Strong existing network in Houston across healthcare, nonprofit, or educational sectors
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Independent, self-motivated, and highly organized
- Plan and execute community and clinical outreach efforts, including events, trainings, and tours
- Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, therapists, hospitals, and organizations
- Meet KPIs related to outreach volume, referral generation, and event engagement
- Track outreach activity and performance using CRM systems
- Conduct market research and adapt outreach strategy to community needs
- Lead presentations and facilitate tours for prospective partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent outreach messaging
