Role DescriptionThis full-time hybrid position is based in Houston, TX, with the flexibility to perform some tasks from home. The QMHP/Outreach Coordinator will provide direct client support, coordinate mental health services, and engage in community outreach efforts to expand program awareness. Responsibilities include developing outreach initiatives, providing training, conducting assessments, and maintaining client documentation to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and the community.
- Experience in Community Outreach initiatives and Training to improve program visibility and impart necessary knowledge to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Research to analyze community needs and create data-driven solutions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field;
Master’s degree and licensure preferred. - Experience in mental health services or similar fields is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with flexibility for a hybrid work setup.
