Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Olive Branch ABA, Houston, TX

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced BCBA to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams. Compensation
  • Pay Range: $75 - $85/hour
  • Full-Time: 40 hours/week

Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support
  • Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
  • Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Requirements
  • Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
