We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced BCBA to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams. • Pay Range: $75 - $85/hour
• Full-Time: 40 hours/week

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
