Under the supervision of the Director of Rehab Services and Physical Therapist, to provide various methods of Physical Therapy according to patient treatment plan. To serve as a resource person for PT's, PT Assistants, and PT Aides.

• Provide physical therapy services according to patient treatment plans under supervision.
• Serve as a resource for PTs, PT Assistants, and PT Aides.

Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Assistant program.

Previous experience in Physical Therapy preferred.

• Eligible for or licensed by the Texas Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy Examiners as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Basic Life Support certification required through the American Heart Association or other pre-approved accredited certification program.

Knowledge of regulations, QA and procedures, and quality patient care. Successful completion of department-specific and/or hospital-required training courses. Must be able to treat patients of all ages from pediatric to geriatric.
