The Registered Pharmacy Technician prepares and dispenses prescribed medications under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist. The role ensures excellence in patient care, safety, and satisfaction while adhering to all state, federal, organizational, and departmental regulations and guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications EducationHigh School Diploma or GED
Licensure & CertificationRegistered with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy and in good standing
IV Certification preferred
Work ExperienceUp to one (1) year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred
Communication SkillsAbove Average Verbal Communication (Heavy Public Contact)
