Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing team committed to improving the lives of children and individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about delivering evidence-based care through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in a collaborative and supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to helping clients achieve meaningful progress.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and behavioral evaluations to identify client needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and monitor progress through ongoing data collection and analysis
- Modify treatment plans as needed based on client outcomes and progress
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Provide parent/caregiver training and guidance to support treatment goals in home and community settings
- Train and mentor staff on behavior management techniques, ABA strategies, and best practices
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards
- Participate in intake assessments and onboarding for new clients
- Stay current with developments, research, and best practices in ABA and behavioral health
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavior intervention planning, and data-driven treatment methods
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and clinical documentation standards
- Full-Time position
- Standard daytime schedule
- Prior experience in pediatric behavioral health, ABA therapy, or special education settings
- Experience supervising RBTs or support staff is a plus
