Staff Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (Spanish/English) to join one of our trusted school district partners for the 2026–2027 school year.
This full-time elementary school opportunity offers a collaborative environment with an SLP-A already on campus, allowing for a balanced workload with shared service responsibilities. This position is ideal for a bilingual SLP who enjoys leadership, collaboration, and supporting student success.

- Supervise and support an SLP-A
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Texas SLP license
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- CCC-SLP preferred
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Reliable, student-centered professional committed to quality services
