Job Description
Star Physical Therapy Services is seeking a Full‑Time Physical Therapist – Clinic Director to lead our Houston outpatient clinic and help shape the future of patient care. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Physical Therapist who enjoys mentoring others, building strong patient relationships, and contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture.
ResponsibilitiesLead the Houston outpatient clinic operations, mentor staff, build strong patient relationships, shape patient care strategy, and support clinic growth and community engagement.
Qualifications- Graduate of a CAPTE‑accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Texas Physical Therapist license
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and sports rehabilitation
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to support clinic operations
- Interest in clinic growth and community engagement (marketing experience is a plus)
- A self‑starter with a leadership mindset and passion for professional growth
- A genuine commitment to compassionate, patient‑centered care
- Salary: $85,000 – $92,000 (includes a $5,000 sign‑on bonus)
