Overview
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate behavioral health professional to join our dedicated team. Ideal candidates will hold a degree in psychology, social work, counseling, human services, registered nursing, or relevant licensure (RN, LPC, LCDC, QMHP, CSSP). This role requires strong clinical skills, a commitment to evidence-based practices, and a passion for supporting individuals and families facing mental health and behavioral challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Provide community-based support services in homes, schools, and office settings
- Deliver skills training, case management, and service coordination
- Teach essential life skills, social skills, and coping mechanisms to help clients manage emotional and behavioral challenges
- Develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans focused on recovery and client-specific goals
- Implement crisis intervention strategies to reduce hospitalizations and provide early support
- Coordinate care by connecting clients with medical, educational, and social service resources
- Conduct regular quality assurance reviews of client charts, including intake packets, CANS/ANSA assessments, ISPs, and progress notes
- Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery
- Report to leadership on program performance, compliance issues, and corrective actions
- Participate in audits, reviews, and surveys
- Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, human services, registered nursing, or relevant licensure (RN, LPC, LCDC, QMHP, CSSP)
- Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, or Contract
- Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
