Licensed Professional Counselor Associates

  • Provide individual, family, and group counseling services under supervision
  • Assist with intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
  • Implement therapeutic interventions aligned with evidence-based practices
  • Monitor client progress and report concerns to the supervising clinician
  • Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with licensing and agency requirements
  • Support clients in developing coping skills, emotional regulation, and behavioral strategies
  • Participate in supervision, training, and professional development activities
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and other providers
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards
  • Comply with HIPAA and agency policies
  • Maintain professional boundaries and ethical conduct
  • Attend required supervision and staff meetings
  • Support agency mission and client‑centered care approach
General Accountabilities

Job Qualifications
  • Master’s degree
  • Cleared criminal background check and signed statement regarding felony indictments/convictions
  • Cleared TB test results (current within 12 months before employment)
  • Cleared pre‑employment drug screen
  • Working cellular telephone
