Position
REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Disorders and Texas license as a speech therapy assistant. Bilingual Spanish & English.
Hours:
4–10 per week (8am–7pm, 4 days/week).
- Contractor/1099: $17 per 30‑minute visit ($34/hr). Shift differential after 3 pm Saturday & all day Sunday increases to $27 per 30‑minute visit ($54/hr).
- Pay per visit / W‑2: Part‑time with benefits 20‑29 hrs/week; full‑time benefits start at 30 hrs/week.
- Guaranteed Hourly / W‑2: Part‑time with benefits 20‑29 hrs/week; full‑time benefits start at 30 hrs/week. Rates range from $21‑$25/hr based on experience.

As a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) at Cole Pediatric Therapy you will:
