We are searching for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who is resident and family‑focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to assist in building a facility culture. We are looking for someone to assist the Physical Therapist (PT) in the development and implementation of individual patient occupational therapy care plans; perform daily occupational therapy assignments to accomplish patient therapy plans and treatment goals.

Job SummaryThe Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) will provide direct patient care services under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist (PT). The PTA will be responsible for documenting patient treatments, changes in condition and other pertinent information as required.
Responsibilities- Plan and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing.
- Assure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care.
- Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers.
- Monitor patient response to treatment intervention.
- Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations.
- In‑house Rehab (non‑contracted).

- Level of knowledge equivalent to that ordinarily acquired through completion of an associate’s degree in an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program.
- Current license/registration by state of hire as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
