• Be the superstar link between our incredible clients and their healthcare providers or pharmacies!
• Stay alert for all incoming prescription renewal requests and respond with lightning-fast reflexes!

• Proactively ensure patients can easily access their medications through scheduled appointments and refills!
• Stay on top of prior authorization requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain precise documentation in our EMR and Pharmacy system.
• Communicate flawlessly with both internal and external stakeholders.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential.
• 5+ years of pharmacy technician experience.
• Strong written communication skills for EMR documentation.
• Fluent verbal communication with patients and team members.
• Solid grasp of the medication prescribing process.
• Expertise in interpreting prescription orders and calculating quantities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with electronic medical records systems.
• Spanish communication skills is an extra kudos.
