Responsibilities

Provide exceptional massage therapy services customized to each guest’s needs
Deliver an outstanding luxury spa experience from start to finish
Maintain treatment rooms and equipment according to spa standards
Educate guests on wellness recommendations and home care products
Uphold all sanitation, safety, and licensing requirements
Contribute to a positive and team‑oriented work environment

Qualifications

Current Texas Massage Therapist License
Strong knowledge of therapeutic and relaxation massage techniques
Excellent communication and guest service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Passion for wellness and helping guests feel their best

Preferred Experience

Luxury spa or resort experience
Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Hot Stone, or specialty massage certifications
Retail sales experience

Compensation

$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
