Paramedic; Certified​/Licensed

Imagine Pediatrics is a tech‑enabled, pediatrician‑led medical group reimagining care for children with special healthcare needs. We deliver 24/7 virtual first and in‑home medical, behavioral, and social care, working alongside families, providers, and health plans to break down barriers to quality care.

Schedule requirements for this role: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm local time.

As a Pediatric Home Care Specialist (Paramedic Certified) with Imagine Pediatrics, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to facilitate in‑home delivery of episodic and longitudinal care. You will:

• Travel to members’ homes or community locations to respond to acute and episodic medical, behavioral, and social needs.
• Work closely as a member of an integrated care team to provide high‑quality, compassionate, and skilled care to pediatric members and their families.
• Assist with urgent needs under the direct guidance of a physician, providing therapeutic intervention.
• Engage in the onboarding of new members by conducting and facilitating clinical intake visits.
• Engage with members recently discharged from inpatient admission or recent Emergency Department visits to prevent readmission and identify root causes.

First and foremost, you’re passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with special healthcare needs receives the care and support they deserve. Please bring:

• EMT‑Paramedic with an active license in Texas or a Nationally Registered Paramedic (NREMT).
• Current PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications.
• 3+ years of field clinical experience. Experience with pediatric patients or non‑traditional paramedic roles such as critical care, primary care, tele‑health, community paramedicine, mobile integrated healthcare, emergency room, or value‑based care delivery is advantageous.
• A valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Strong critical thinking, excellent communication, and effective collaboration skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities to build trust through clinical and social impact for every member.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple technology platforms for care delivery.

The role offers a base hourly range of $24/hr – $30/hr plus an annual bonus incentive, a comprehensive benefits package, and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable). Additional benefits include:
