Job Summary:

The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory technologist position is based in Houston, Texas. This role involves collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams to perform special and invasive radiology procedures, ensuring patient safety and quality imaging. • Required Qualifications:
  
  Certification in cardiology or radiology technology, relevant educational background, Texas state licensure, and a minimum of 0 years of experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Previous experience with invasive radiology procedures and familiarity with radiation safety protocols
• Additional Information:
  The position involves preparing patients for procedures, administering contrast agents, operating imaging equipment, entering and monitoring patient data, performing quality assurance on radiology equipment, and assisting with accreditation applications. The technologist will participate in emergency call duties, ensure compliance with safety standards, and support ongoing professional development.
