Those seeking an ENTRY LEVEL position or to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will find our training program supportive. Upon hire, we will guide you through the RBT training course and prepare you to take the RBT exam. Most team Therapists become RBTs within 60 days of employment.

Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) direct client care in 1:1 and group settings, reinforcing client progress.

• Experience providing ABA direct client care in 1:1 and group settings.
• Must enjoy working with children ages 2-10 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or have experience with children of those ages.
• Available to work a consistent full-time schedule Monday
  - Friday between 8:00am – 5:00pm.
• Willing to work in an in-clinic setting with clients.
• Punctual and reliable; able to start shifts on time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Can lift up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to assume and maintain various postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods.
• Ability to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between different job sites.

• Completion of 40 hour RBT Training Modules with certificate provided upon hire.
• CPR certification and First Aid Training with documentation provided upon hire.
