Charlie Health is seeking a Crisis Intervention Specialist to ensure safety and stability for clients during acute mental health crises. You will screen risks, de-escalate crises, and connect clients with resources to support recovery within the IOP setting.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you’ll complete timely documentation and participate in care coordination to maintain continuity across group and individual experiences.
