Well-Being Program Specialist
Our client, a leading organization in health and wellness support, is seeking a Well-Being Program Specialist to join their team. As a Well-Being Program Specialist, you will be part of the Well-Being Department supporting employee engagement and health initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to program coordination, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $30-$34

What's the Job?
- Support the delivery and administration of well-being initiatives through program coordination, execution, and operational support.
- Coordinate health and wellness campaigns, biometric screening initiatives, and employee engagement activities across domestic and global populations.
- Maintain program data, resources, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist with employee communications, newsletters, and marketing materials to promote well-being activities and resources.
- Track participation metrics, prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Health Science, Public Health, Exercise Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in employee well-being, health promotion, or related areas.
- Experience coordinating events, campaigns, or employee-facing initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
