• Behavioral Health Specialist will assess the results and refer patients for further treatment as appropriate.
• Assessments shall be scheduled as tele-health and/or video appointments.
• Explain procedures and discuss assessment results with patients.
• Behavioral Health Specialist will not provide diagnostic or treatment services.
• Provide quality care to service members according to behavioral health and organizational protocols.
• Maintain real time adequate, concise, legible, and updated patient medical records that document all assessment services.
• Participates in provider performance audits as assigned.
• Complete initial and on-going Joint Knowledge Online (JKO) administered HIPAA compliance training.
