Lucid Hearing is looking for a Senior Hearing Instrument Specialist near Houston, TX to add to our dedicated and passionate team. • Greet customers and offer a free hearing screen
• Analyze test findings and make recommendations based off the customer's hearing loss
• Recommend and dispense assistive listening and hearing solutions
• Educate patients in how to use and maintain the hearing aid devices, provide demonstrations and information
• Make follow-up calls to patients to ensure satisfaction with their assistive listening and hearing device
• Manage multiple locations in the DFW Market to assist patients and provide full support
• Supervise, coordinate, and train with Hearing Center Coordinators to provide patients with excellent customer service and patient care
• Be a resource for your team and help motivate them to meet KPI's
• Travel from club to club to meet with Associates on your team
• Responsibilities with PNL and providing and analyzing reporting

• Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and/or an Audiologist
• 5+ years of experience
• Managed Multiple Locations in Major Markets preferred
• Motivated by helping people hear better
• Ambitious with a sales attitude
• An entrepreneur mindset with problem‑solving skills, this role will have great autonomy
