We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care services to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and clients recovering from illness or injury. The Caregiver will assist clients with daily living activities, promote independence, and help ensure a safe and comfortable home environment.

Job SummaryWe are seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care services to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and clients recovering from illness or injury. The Caregiver will assist clients with daily living activities, promote independence, and help ensure a safe and comfortable home environment.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean living environment.
- Provide medication reminders as directed by the care plan.
- Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments when authorized.
- Monitor and report changes in the client's physical, mental, or emotional condition.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
- Follow all company policies, client care plans, and applicable Texas regulations.
- Ensure client confidentiality and dignity at all times.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous caregiving, home care, CNA, HHA, or related experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and meet agency hiring requirements.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely when required.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a strong commitment to quality care.
- Experience working with seniors, dementia patients, or individuals with disabilities.
- Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
