Houston Methodist is seeking a Medical Assistant Certified (MA) to support patient examinations and treatments under supervision. The role includes assisting providers, performing vital sign checks, and documenting care in the EMR while ensuring compliance with CLIA, HIPAA, NCQA and related standards.
Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years MA clinic experience (or 1 year in Novice-II). BLS and CMA/MA certification are required, with CPT phlebotomy preferred.
