The Center for Pursuit in is seeking a PRN Transportation Staff to provide safe and reliable transportation for participants in the Home and Community-Based Services program. The role may also support direct care and daily living activities in accordance with Medicaid Waiver requirements.
Responsibilities include transporting clients to appointments, assisting with activities of daily living, and maintaining confidentiality while documenting incidents and progress as required.
