Cardiovascular Cath Lab Technologist

Seeking a qualified Cardiovascular Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in a busy hospital setting. The role involves performing diagnostic and interventional procedures within the Cath Lab, supporting patient care and ensuring procedural success.

Responsibilities:

• Execute diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab following physician orders and clinical protocols.
• Operate Siemens, GE, and Philips imaging equipment with accuracy and safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including RNs and physicians, to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to unit policies, safety standards, and dress code requirements, including scrub attire in royal blue.
• Handle on-call duties, including weekends and every other weekday, as scheduled.
• Maintain detailed documentation within EMR systems and ensure compliance with documentation standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Texas State RN License or valid compact license.
• Possess ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Demonstrate at least one year of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology.
• Have strong knowledge of structural heart procedures and clinical trial involvement preferred.
• Be self-motivated with a team-focused attitude.
