- Pay Rate: ~$17-$18/ HR
- Flexible 8-hour shifts scheduled between7:00 AM-7:00 PM Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

What You'll Do
In this role, you'll provide exceptional healthcare customer service while coordinating appointments and ensuring patients receive timely access to care.
- Answer incoming patient calls
- Schedule new and follow-up appointments
- Process physician referrals accurately
- Coordinate with clinics and providers
- Maintain accurate patient records in EMR system including verifying and updating patient demographics, insurance information, and other required documentation
- Deliver compassionate customer service
- Help patients begin their therapy journey
- 1+ year of medical office, scheduling, patient access, referral coordination, or medical call center experience
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple calls while maintaining accuracy
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must live near Live Oak/San Antonio, TX for required training and occasional in-office meetings
