* _A leading clinical research organization is searching for a Certified Sr. Histotechnician to join a high‑impact team working across clinical, diagnostic, and therapeutic research. You'll work hands‑on with advanced platforms and collaborate with scientists and project teams driving meaningful breakthroughs!_

** M-F 8a-5pm

** What You'll Do*
* + Tissue Processing & Microtomy - Embed, trim, and section tissue at required thicknesses with accuracy and consistency.
+ Support accessioning, frozen sections, grossing assistance, fixation, dehydration, embedding, microtomy, decalcification, cover slipping, and routine H&E staining.
+ Run IHC protocols using Leica Bond III and Ventana systems; assist with assay setup, optimization, and troubleshooting.
+ Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Leica Bond III and Roche Ventana platforms to ensure smooth workflow.
+ Verify control slides, assess staining quality, and maintain high accuracy across all steps.
+ Scan slides and ensure image clarity for downstream analysis.
+ Follow OSHA, CAP, HIPAA, and internal safety standards.
+ Support efficient lab operations and contribute to a collaborative, high‑performing environment.
** Qualifications*
* + Associate or Bachelor's degree in Biology or related field
+
** HT or HTL certification is required.*
* + 1-2 years of industry experience in a clinical or research setting
+
Experience with Leica Bond & Roche instrumentation
