Southend Pharmacy in Houston, TX seeks a Lead Hazardous Pharmacist to oversee day-to-day sterile hazardous compounding in a 503A setting, ensuring safe, accurate, and compliant compounding and verification of hazardous medications. Leadership to pharmacists and technicians, with expert knowledge in sterile compounding and USP / standards.
Morning shift is Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with schedule flexibility to support teams and operations.
